InsideOutRacing reserves the right to refuse and/or terminate any membership where it was thought by our staff that information taken from this site was being used in a way we feel was inappropriate, this would include sharing of membership. This website has built in security features to highlight such activities.

All advice issued to members is for guidance only, you may or may not at your own discretion follow our selected advice. InsideOutRacing are not in any way responsible for the amount of money staked on any selections, or any losses thereafter, due to the selection being unsuccessful. It is not, nor will it be at any time, our intention to encourage high levels of gambling, we make only a few careful selections per month, this is not a site for anyone who may be addicted in any way to daily betting.

InsideOutRacing reserve the right to change the content of the website without notice, we also reserve the right to amend subscription fees to new members without notice and to current members after giving 14 days notice, all notice will be given in email form to the email address given at sign-up, it is the responsibility of all members to update their details in the members database by contacting InsideOutRacing.

Within the site, InsideOutRacing offer links to sites we feel may offer content relevant to the interests of our visitors and members. We can, however, not be held responsible for any of the content or offers found within sites linked from InsideOutRacing.

Client advice issued over a period of a month is not a set number of selections, and can change from month to month depending on racing fixtures. The selections can cover racing both from the UK and Ireland. We do, however, aim to provide between 20 and 30 selections per month. On occasions selections can include international racing ie. Breeders Cup, Arc De' Triomphe etc.

SMS Texting to mobile phones is an inclusive service and is inclusive of all membership fees. If a member requires this service please enter details on the sign-up page. InsideOutRacing uses a third party corporate messaging company to provide this service and are bound by this company's terms and conditions. We cannot guarantee that the advice will be sent immediately, we will send the selections to the members wishing to use this service at the same time we send out email notification.

Clients must enter a valid email address, and current mobile phone number, as this is the only methods that InsideOutRacing delivers its' advice. It must be understood that internet based email and the world wide web operates on an achievable effort format. Failures of the service are rare, but in the event of a failure InsideOutRacing cannot be held responsible.

It is the sole responsibility of InsideOutRacing's Clients to cancel their subscription with InsideOutRacing. InsideOutRacing cannot and in no way be held responsible or accountable for Clients failure to do so.

All information sent to Clients will be recorded, and the time logged.
